some issues

faulty refrigerator ineffective air conditioning

The room was too warm because the air conditioning did not work well. i reported it to the staff, but they were unable to fix it. the tv settings did not have an english option, inconvenient. also, the refrigerator in the room did not cool properly. i'm not sure why it was even there.

nonfunctional ventilation small extra bed

the television had no signal upon arrival. i had to manipulate the tv cable to get it working. the bathroom had only a bathtub, and the ventilation system was nonfunctional. after showers, the bathroom became very humid. the room was barely adequate for four people. the extra bed was too small for my children.

some issues

loud air conditioning broken wardrobe

the air conditioning was very loud it was hard to sleep. also there was no complimentary water in the room i had to buy it. i found that pretty annoying. the wardrobe light stayed on all night during my first night because it was broken that was frustrating

broken thermostat confusing breakfast setup

the staff were helpful. i appreciated that they assisted with directions to nearby attractions.

The thermostat in my room seemed broken. It was either fully on or completely off. this made the room uncomfortably warm, and i had trouble sleeping. i also found the breakfast setup confusing, because it wasn't clear that it was an extra charge per person, resulting in a bigger bill at checkout. This felt a little sneaky.
